It’s that time of year when parents and children alike start to dread what’s around the corner; School! While some look forward to sending their kids back to school, and some kids can’t wait to get back into the normal groove, most aren’t! Even as a homeschooling parent, I have found myself scrambling at the beginning of the school year. Sending notifications to school boards and reports to the ministry of Education was a big part of that stress.
While every homeschooling and traditional schooling parent might have varying lifestyles, one thing we certainly have in common is the love for our children and our desire to see them excel in their education!
Did you know, according to a report put together by World Economic Forum, the top 10 skills needed for the jobs of tomorrow are centered around STEM? I don’t know about you, but that makes me want to get my kids equipped for the future world they’ll be living in!
This is why, I’m loving that Inventor STEM School is offering afterschool & weekend classes for kids ages 3-16! As a homeschool mama, I love that they offer something for all of my school aged kids, which not only would be fun for them, but will stimulate their minds!

Just to give you an idea of what they offer, They have:

Now, I don’t know about you, but my kids love LEGO, Minecraft and robotics. So the fact that their lessons are centered around these topics are centered around this, is a win for this family! The in person groups, are kept to a maximum of 8 children, and they continue to follow all health and safety guidelines.
Keep in mind, they are located in Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, Quebec; HOWEVER, they offer online courses as well!

So I encourage you, get your kids ready for the world of tomorrow and sign them up for these amazing STEM courses because before you know it, they’ll be thanking for you for making that investment in them that might just open doors to many opportunities for them in the future!
